Services Included In Our Plans

  • 1. Scheduled Preventive Maintenance Visits Timely visits (3 to 4 times per year based on plan) to perform regular checkups and ensure peak efficiency. Includes full health audits.
  • 2. Emergency Support Visits Limited emergency visits are included. Our crew responds promptly for short circuits, power outages, fuse trips, and appliance breakdowns.
  • 3. Safety & Leakage Testing (ELCB) At least once a year, we test Earth Leakage Circuit Breakers (ELCB) and metal body leakages to prevent shocks and electrical fires.
  • 4. DB / MCB Panel Audits & Deep Cleaning Detailed inspection of the Distribution Board for loose contacts, overloading, and performance check of all circuit breakers.
  • 5. Appliance deep cleaning & descals Quarterly or bi-monthly cleaning of AC filters, coils, refrigerator coils, washing machine drum sanitization, and geyser descaling.
  • 6. Detailed Fault Checklists & Reports Receive a written or digital report after every visit listing the issues identified, repairs done, and maintenance recommendations.

What's NOT Included

  • 1. New Installation Work Setting up new switchboards, lighting fixtures, ceiling fans, fresh AC piping, or lay out of new wiring lines.
  • 2. Cost of Spare Parts & Replacements Cost of damaged sockets, MCBs, compressor coils, washing machine motors, and purifier RO membranes. (Discount of 15%-20% applies).
  • 3. Major Grid / Civil Modifications Meter board shifting, main distributor modification, heavy load enhancement, wall cutting, plastering, or drilling.
  • 4. Exceeding Emergency Limits Visits beyond standard timing (late night) or beyond the plan quota will be charged at 50% discount on labor.
  • 5. Pre-Existing Faults Faults or damaged components present before the AMC activation date are not covered under free servicing.

Terms & Conditions

Plan Validity

Every Power Guard AMC plan is valid for exactly 12 months (1 year) from the date of activation.

Payment Terms

100% advance payment is required at the time of purchase. No refunds after the first service has been availed.

Travel Charges

A travel charge of ₹3/km applies for locations beyond a 10km radius from Nagpur city center.

Renewal Discount

Enjoy an exclusive 10% discount on plan costs if renewed within 15 days before the expiry date.
